Shipping & Returns
All returns will incur a $7 fee, which will be deducted from your return amount. Outpost Workwear will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the original form of payment. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns will only be accepted after completing the returns process online. Heavily discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. You can process an exchange online. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. Please be advised that Outpost Workwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The Returns process is only offered for orders within the USA placed via OutpostWorkwear.com. Items purchased through any department store, specialty store or online partner must be returned to the original place of purchase.
